How It Works
Once upon a time, a couple was planning their wedding and feeling overwhelmed by the details. Searching for the right vendors took time and added stress. But then they discovered a Spokane flower farmer and florist who offered the perfect flowers in their colors and budget—easy, convenient, and all online!
By placing their A La Carte order early, they locked in their flowers and added to their order as plans progressed. They saved time and money by skipping extra consultations and found creative ways their flowers could do double duty. And when their big day arrived, family and friends picked up beautifully packaged flowers, ready to go!

FAQ
Can I alter the color palette or floral offerings?
Our A La Carte menu and color palettes are streamlined to save you money and provide a premium look. If you desire a custom color palette and more floral design options, please contact us for Full-Service wedding florals.
Is my wedding date available on your calendar?
If you book early, it is highly likely your date is available! You will be notified during checkout if there is an availability issue.
How soon should I order my wedding florals?
We encourage you to order early to guarantee availability. Orders must be placed at least 30 days prior to the date of your event. We accept orders 12 months in advance.
May I add to my order?
Yes! Once you are initially booked, you are welcome to order more florals before our 30-day deadline. We will combine your orders.
Can I change or decrease my order?
Yes, changes before 30 days prior to your event may be made. A $25 change order fee will be charged for each change request.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Full refunds will be issued if you must cancel prior to 31 calendar days before your event, less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for orders cancelled 30 calendar days or less before your event.
Can I order flowers for Sundays or certain Holidays?
We are closed on Sundays, so flowers may be picked up day before. We do not offer A La Carte Wedding Florals on New Year Day, Valentine’s Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day.
What types of flowers will I receive?
We provide the best available blooms in your color palette to ensure beautiful designs that delight. We grow dozens of flower and foliage varieties that vary throughout the growing season. Peony, garden rose, rose, lisianthus, stock, snapdragon, scabiosa, ranunculus, and mums are popular. Because we cannot control Mother Nature or the supply chain, we cannot guarantee specific flower or foliage varieties. We will always adhere to your selected color palette and unique garden style design.
How will my flowers perform on a hot or cold day?
We design well-hydrated flowers ready to perform for a long day. We are not responsible for the condition of your flowers once they are picked up or set up. If your event is on a hot day, we recommend keeping flowers in a cool, dark location out of direct sunlight until right before your event begins. DO NOT refrigerate flowers or store them near fresh fruit. Keep stems in fresh water until photo or ceremony time.
How can I save money when decorating Ceremony and Reception spaces?
Using flowers in more than one way makes good sense. Some ideas:
- Brides who are petite or don’t want a large Bridal Bouquet may “size down” and order a Bridesmaid Bouquet. Bouquets come in their own vase, which is yours to keep, and may be placed on tables during the reception.
- Garden Centerpieces are designed in low vessels with a flat base. They can be nestled next to chairs or benches to create a flowery ceremony aisle and moved to guest reception tables. Guests can take them home, too.
- Flower and Foliage Clusters can be zip tied to your structure. Order as many as you need to create the full look you desire. Portable arches can be moved from the ceremony to behind the head table to frame the bride and groom in photos.
- Ground Meadows are multi-functional! Placed at the entrance of the wedding aisle, at the base of an arch, or in a half circle to create a Grounded Arch, they are lush and showy. Moving them to the reception for double duty creates a second lush look.
- Extra flowers in your color palette may be ordered for DIY floral designs, like bud vases, cake decorating, hair, and more. Fully conditioned and prepped for design, our Buckets of Blooms include 60 stems.
